Simon vs The Homo Sapiens Agenda

Author: Becky Albertalli
Genre: young adult
Pages: 321

Thank God I picked this book up cause if I hadn't I would have never came across this lovely character Simon. A seventeen years old school going kid. Who is gay ( yes I know I love gay romance and stuff and wish I was a boy who was gay) and is in love with a boy. Who is an email friend/crush/LOHL/ unknown/ amazing Blue.

So lets start with the character's I already introduced two characters Simon and Blue and the rest are Simon's friends Nick, Abby and Leah. Then there is Simon's family and rest of the school which you can read and befriended by tomorrow if you start reading it right away.

Okay now what I like about this book is that it's totally simple and still spectacular. There is a boy like you and me going to school, having friends, a dog and a nossy family like ours and still it's the most interesting story I have ever read. He is worried about coming out, he is worried about a boy blackmailing him, he is in love with Oreos. It's a story that you and I can relate to. Okay I say it often but seriously you can relate to it. It's a story about friendship. A story about love. About family. It's a story about coming out be it gay, straight or in a relationship. This story Will make you want to read more work of Becky and love Gay people. (That I already do). So is he going to find out who Blue is? Is he going to like who Blue will be? And will everyone except him as he is?

So don't think much and pick it up and read it. It'll be worth your time.

Happy Reading.

Too Late

ðŸŽ§"Is it too late now to say sorry"🎧
Too late.. Yup it is if you haven't picked it up already. It's a 3-4 hour read. A short story which mind you is not sweet and normal but a roller coaster ride and you don't have to do much to read it, don't need to buy it or wait for it to get delivered to you cause it is free and available on wattpad. As coho is the best and she loves her reader. So it is a treat for all of us.

So moving to the story it's based on a girls life named sloan. Who has a boyfriend Asa and a classmate Carter. Both of them love her to the moon and back. One makes her feel miserable and other one makes her want to feel loved. She knows who is best for her but life ain't that simple.

The story is rough, tough and full of secret love (now who doesn't love some secret eye contacts and some stolen kisses). You will bite your cheek, knuckles and everything you find while reading it.

And the best thing about this book is that you can pour your feelings in the comments below after every chapter. I really like reading it on wattpad and I hope you too do. One of the finest work and that too free. World is getting better after all.

Happy Reading.

The Shinning.

Hey guys I am back to review 'The Shining' by Stephen king.
In the introduction King says "That truth is that monsters are real, and ghosts are real, too. They live inside us, and sometimes they win." This quote sums up the whole book.

This book is divided in 5 parts and has 58 chapters and is of 497 pages. This book can take 3-4 days and if you read at night it might scare you like it did to me. I ended up having nightmares. So yeah this book is that good.

What I like about this book:
The way it is written.
The story is not like any horror movie. Where you find cheap ghost and lame story but this book has such a strong base. Stephen king made every character so unique. He focused on every character place and time.
This book can give you chills

so let's talk about the main characters:
Jack Torrance
Danny torrance s/o jack
Wendy Torrance w/o jack
Mr. Hallorann chef of The overlook.
These are the characters who had my focus

This story is all about 'The Shining' and who has it and what it does to the person and 'The Overlook' which is a hotel. This is a story of Torrance family who moved to 'The Overlook'. Jack was the caretaker of the hotel during the closing time which is in winter when no one is in the hotel but Torrance family. Where you hear sounds, where you see things, where you feel you are not alone and you can run cause it is snowing and there are some hedge animals who look very much alive.

I want to say so much but don't want to spoil it for the reader's so let's just hope this review helps you to get enthusiastic and pick this book up right now.

I give this book a 5⭐ cause it is "obviously a masterpiece, probably the best supernatural novel in a hundred year's" as said by Peter straub.

Eleanor and park.

Hey guys! I just finished Eleanor and park and so thought of writing a review. Many of you must have read it already and would not be happy with the ending and that's why I am here, writing this to make it better for you.
A book with 300+ pages, amazing characters. Oh wait I don't actually like anyone except Eleanor, park and his dad.
It's a book that you can finish in a day or two.
You must have read rainbow Rowell's books and this one is very different from the others. All her books are amazing but this is something that makes me realize of the things I have. For me it was not just a love story but an eye opener of how blessed I am.

So okay let's start with the book. Eleanor and park are 17 year-old girl and boy who from detesting each other started liking each other. They come from different family. Park has a stable life and loving parents whereas Eleanor has a very difficult life with a stepfather who is scary.
Park is a comic nerd. Who likes to read and listen to music than socialize. He has a sibling and knows taekwondo. I know cool right. He is half Asian and is in love with a girl named Eleanor.

Eleanor is a redhead. Who is new to the neighborhood she wears men's shirt and is park's bus partner. Her life is not as good as I would have liked it to be but it gets better with park entering it.

This book is full of emotions where your heart will skip some beats here and there. It is a story where you can have your own ending. Now you must be thinking how but yes you can have it as Rainbow Rowell explains it in the end.
So I would recommend you to read it if your a fan of contemporary reads.
